How To Make Overnight Oats & Parfait

Hemp Milk Ingredients

  • 1 pint of water
  • ½ to ¾ cup of hemp seeds – Buy Here
  • ½ tbsp himalayan salt

Overnight Oats Ingredients

  • ~ 1 cup Old fashioned, Gluten Free Oats – Buy Here
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds – Buy Here
  • ~ (2-3 tbsp) Maple Syrup – Buy Here
  • 1 cap of Vanilla Extract – Buy Here
  • Hemp Milk (or your favorite type of milk)

Yogurt Parfait Ingredients

  • Overnight Oats
  • Greek Yogurt
  • Fresh Berries
  • Walnuts
  • Cinnamon (OPTIONAL)
  • Honey (OPTIONAL)
  • Banana (OPTIONAL)
  • Pecans (OPTIONAL)
  • Goji Berries (OPTIONAL)
  • Cacao Nibs (OPTIONAL)

Make Your Hemp Milk

Hemp milk is a non-dairy beverage which is made simple by blending water and seeds from the hemp plant. It has an earthy, nutty flavor and a creamy consistency. You can use this hemp milk  to replace cow’s milk in almost any recipe.

1) Add about 1 pint of water to your blender.

2) Add 3/4 cup of hemp seeds to your blender.

3) Add 1/2 tbsp of himalayan salt to your blender.

4) Blend for around 30-40 seconds. Pour into your container.

& you’re done!

Overnight Oats Instructions

These directions are meant to be eyed and not surgical, so have fun with it!

1) Get out a small mason jar for your oats. Add a quarter inch high of maple syrup in your jar (~ 2 Tbsp).

2) Add 2 inches of oats in your jar (~1 cup).

3) Add 1 Cap full of vanilla extract.

4) Add 1 tbsp of chia seeds

5) Add hemp milk to the top (or your favorite milk/alternative). Give yourself some room so you can shake it all up.

6) Put it in the fridge so it gets chilled. Then after the first hour of it being in the fridge, Shake it again. This will separate the chia seeds from the oats ensuring an equal distribution of the ingredients. 

7) The next day, if it’s too thick, add more milk. Give it a stir to bring it to life before serving.

Yogurt Parfait Instructions

We suggest using a glass cup or bowl.

1) Start by Adding a little bit of walnuts to your cup.

2) Layer your walnuts with a couple tablespoons of your overnight oats.

3) Add some raspberries.

4) Add some blueberries.

5) Layer on a scoop of plain vanilla greek yoghurt

6) Layer on some more oats on top.

7) Layer on more walnuts

8) Add a couple more blueberries & raspberries

9) (OPTIONAL) Garnish with some mint for aesthetics.

10) You can add whatever else you’d like! Examples: bananas, strawberries, mangoes, cinnamon, honey, pecans, goji berries & cacao nibs.
